Lessons Learned of a deaf Agile Coach

Working from home is a challenge for many of us, from learning how to communicate with colleagues through the different apps on the market, to acquainting ourselves with the nuances of telephone conference calls. But imagine what it must be like if you are deaf or have difficulty hearing. Those with hearing loss difficulties can definitely face an extra set of barriers in the virtual working world, especially if your work depends on reading the room, going beyond words and communications. Think of how hard it can be to perform when people tend to work with the cameras off.
