In partnership with Envision Physician Services, the South Florida Agile Association (SFAA) is excited to announce that our next conference will bring in top international and local speakers to a one-day conference in 2018. This will be an exclusive event for 100 attendees focusing on one of the key challenges facing organizations: “How to transform your company to be able to support today’s dynamic marketplace.”
Effective transformations start from the top: Our Keynote Speaker George Labelle is well known in the South Florida community as one of the most instrumental executives to transform the culture of IPC (Subway) to a leading Agile shop. We will also feature Andres, a Senior Director from FPL who is leading the change at his organization. Happy to announce that Dr. Adrian who holds a PHD in Artificial Intelligence and has been transforming companies in Europe will also be with us to help leaders look for ways to embrace the Agile mindset and how to lead the change.
The second half of the conference will be focused on addressing your organization’s critical agile transformational challenges. We will use an Open Space format to identify the attendee’s most important issues. Some of South Florida’s Agile Coaches and Trainers will be available to answer any questions during these sessions.
