Join Agilists from around the universe for the 2nd annual OnAgile2016, a virtual conference of the Agile Alliance, on Friday, October 20th. Our theme this year is Agile Transformation: the Enterprise, the Team & You.
True transformation represents a permanent change to the DNA of an organization. Just as a caterpillar experiences metamorphosis to become a butterfly, so do organizations, teams, and individuals as part of an Agile transformation. In this one-day virtual event, we will explore transformational change at all aspects of an organization with special consideration for the team and the individual.
