Join us to gain a better understanding of the importance of prioritization at various levels within an organization. Learn useful practices to help leadership, Portfolio Managers and Product Owners identify the “what” and the “when.”

Debra Sheldon infuses her laser focus on all things agile with an emphasis on lean to create solutions that work when the customer needs it. A Senior Manager at PwC and a Principal within the Agile Community of Practice, she works in IFS US IT, as a Scrum Master. Previously, she focused on creating a state-of-the-art Global Cognitive Robot Process Automation (RPA) Center of Excellence at IBM, and was an Agile Trainer/Coach for IBM CIO. A software tester at the core, she has two test invention disclosures and a predictive analytics patent.

Prashanth Prasannathirtha is an IT professional with a wide range of experience working on diverse projects with various clients in US, UK and India. He has an extensive experience as a practitioner of Agile approaches and a passion for coaching teams to improve their effectiveness. He has been driving/promoting agile transformation in his organization within his circle of influence over the past few years. As a continuous learner, he is actively involved with various agile communities in US and India and holds following agile certifications: CSP-Scrum Master, CSP-Product Owner and Leading SAFe in addition to PMP and ITIL. He holds MBA and Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
