Product Owner Group – June: How to Show Real World Status on Agile Projects

Fred Mastropasqua (, Clearly Agile: “How to Show Real World Status on Agile Projects.”

Do you struggle with how to show real progress on an Agile project? Or how to answer questions on delivery? Join us to learn how to visualize progress sprint by sprint. Learn to show how velocity changes, roadmap, release plan changes, and most importantly, how customer feedback affects the release date.

Fred has real-world experience building products for external clients using Scrum. If you are familiar with the traditional ways of reporting using Gantt charts and comparing Green, Yellow, and Red methods – you know they just don’t work. You will learn how to roll that info into the agile mindset of delivering answers like when will we be done and what will we get.
