Since Valpak’s transition to Agile more than three years ago, the QA group has had to surmount a number of challenges becoming more agile. This talk will present some of our experiences, learnings, and tools we currently use in our QA automation strategy.
Carl Paret QA Manager, Valpak
Carl Paret has over 10 years of experience in the IT Quality Assurance space. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from the McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
Prior to being the Manager of the QA team Carl was QA Analyst and then Lead QA Analyst at Valpak. His current focus remains aiding with the paradigm shift needed for a formerly manual QA shop to pivot and become successful in an Agile environment.
