6:30 – 8:00 PM: QA THE AGILE WAY main event

Our topic this month is: A Speaker Session “Can feedback loops help build team speed? “

An agile team will only move as fast as their confidence will allow. This talk explores what happens if we optimized the layers in our overall testing approach based on how quickly feedback is provided to the team. This session will inspire your team how to improve Quality Assurance within of the organization by building trust, boosting confidence with every member on the team and allowing the team to move faster without fearing failure. Be part of the conversation that helps your team and stakeholder grow stronger communication feedback loops; resulting in making a better-quality product in a shorter amount of time.

Our mentor and speaker will be Robert Shaw. Robert is an agile enterprise leader who has been guiding teams for the past eight years. Serving as Chief Agilest for Frontline Technologies and more recently as Director of Enterprise Agility at Catalina Marketing. He brings an additional 20 years of experience in software testing where he specialized in test automation and performance engineering. Combining agile and testing Robert has implemented some very progressive approaches to solving quality.
