“Is there someone who can help the Rapidly Remote?” We are losing the Connection, Collaboration and Fun we had with our teams because we have gone Rapidly Remote.
If you’re feeling like your head is spinning because you and your team have gone rapidly remote; or you are being tested of how well we live the Agile Value of “Welcome changing requirements, even late in development” and “The most efficient and effective method of conveying information to and within a development team is face-to-face conversation”.
Then this is the virtual session for you! All are welcomed to join us; Dev, PO, SM, and leadership.
In this session we will be covering best practices, tips, and how to be awesome at working remotely with teams; then we will open it up to you and any questions you have for the rest of the time.
Our community mentor and speaker will be Mark Kilby.
