**PLEASE READ: This meetup is geared ONLY AND SPECIFICALLY towards individuals in a STAFFING OR HIRING MANAGER capacity – that is, HR managers, recruiters, and people who write job descriptions, open job requisitions, and make hiring decisions for people on Agile teams but they themselves are NOT familiar with Agile. If you are a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach, or in another Agile role and/or are familiar with Agile, THIS MEETUP IS NOT FOR YOU. The space is very limited for this meetup, be kind please** IF YOU SIGN UP AND HAVE AN AGILE ROLE, WE WILL REQUEST THAT YOU CHANGE YOUR RSVP TO NO. The Agile manifesto puts more value on individuals and interactions than on processes and tools; therefore, any Agile framework and activity relies on team members and leaders with the right mind-set and approach. In order to find the right candidates, the approach to hire and retain candidates needs to be transformed.
If you are an IT recruiter or a hiring manager who is trying to recruit the right Agile talent, join Heidi Araya and Karam Labban in a seminar and discussion about what does Agile mean to businesses and teams, why companies are moving to Agile, typical roles in Agile, and how to match the right candidates with the right needs. Learn what questions to ask candidates to understand whether they could be a good fit in the organization.
