Our special guest, Logan Butler will be exploring Conflict with civility with the Guild in our March event. Logan is a Senior Developer and Scrum Master at AgileThought currently working in a scaled Scrum environment. Logan brings technical skills in development and showcases great team dynamics. As a former high school educator, coaching and building up others is a huge motivation as to where he puts his efforts. Resonating with Clifton’s Individualization strength, Logan loves getting to know everyone’s strength and helping them be a high functioning team member.
Topic:
A great team member is one who actively addresses conflict. Conflict with civility is an approach to addressing challenges in a team while maintaining highly positive relationships. Three steps to framing conflict is to: protect the team, look with empathy, and walk humbly.
We tell you the following so you know that we take RSVPs very seriously!
Food and beverage for this meetup are made possible from our generous sponsor. RSVP counts are used to determine how much food and drink to supply at each meetup.
Also, we have a deep waiting list for this event each month. People on the wait list can only get in if someone changes their RSVP when their plans change.
The point is, if you RSVP to a meetup, please show up (or update it so others can get in)!
