6:30 – 8:00pm Main Event: The Power Of Assuming Positive Intent

What is the first word that comes to mind when you hear the word “conflict”? Is it positive, negative or both? As much as we despise conflict, it is an inevitable part of our everyday work life. So, how do you deal with it? Unfortunately, avoiding conflict altogether is not the answer either. During this session, we will explore how conflicts occur, how to prevent it from escalating and how to keep it healthy and productive.
