Valpak is almost 5 years and over 100 sprints into our Agile journey. We apply mostly Scrum and Kanban frameworks with some XP practices. Over the years, we have managed to scale agile up to our executives and out to many departments beyond IT.
We are now offering monthly tours of our Agile work spaces. There is a 10 person limit each tour. If you RSVP and don’t show up, you are preventing someone else from attending so don’t be that person. Please be sure to map to the correct address (this is NOT the manufacturing facility off of I-275).
