Product Owners – Increasing your Situational Awareness
Product Owners encounter challenging situations (conversations, negotiations, decisions) every day. Yet, much of the role’s focus is towards stories and backlogs.
Here we’ll practice handling those myriad of “situations” by using a coaching dojo format. Bob will bring some of his most challenging situations for you to discuss. Or you can bring some of your own. Regardless, you’ll increase your situational awareness and nimbleness in handling some truly gnarly challenges.
Please be prepared to role play and interact.
For even further value, see Bob’s Certified Agile Leadership class, coming soon to Tampa!
