Drawing from his experiences at 352, Pete will discuss how product owners should place small, strategic bets to test and fail quickly. User insights allow Product Owners to learn and iterate on their products until they find market fit. Pete believes bringing startup thinking to non-startup environments creates the most opportunity for growth.
