This session will help you awaken to the need of self-
assessment, a plan and incremental change so you can navigate career
transitions (in the Agile world) and blossom in your role.
This hands-on workshop will use Sharon Bowman’s 4C techniques from
‘Training from the Back of the Room’ to provide an engaging experience.
