Our topic this month is: Retrospectives! What could be a better topic for the last Guild of the year?! I will facilitate using several retro techniques and I welcome those of you who want to show your favorite techniques, too. If you want to teach a technique, please add a card with a description and your name to the card on Trello. I ask that we avoid the common SAMLO, Start/Top/Continue type of techniques and try some less common approaches. I will coordinate with you before the event.
