In the frenzy to get things done, they rarely stop to reflect about where they stand and how they are going to grow in their new roles or accountability areas. To complicate matters, many HR organizations are unprepared to handle agile recruiting and career development. Managers are unprepared to provide guidance, mentorship and reviews. Success metrics are fuzzy. A strong internal support network may be lacking and they are unaware of the wonderful resources outside of their organizations. They may feel alone and inadequate.
